Gisele Bündchen wants to be very clear that she did not cheat on Tom Brady with current boyfriend Joaquin Valente. The 43-year-old fashion model says that never happened.
Her ex-husband reportedly believes otherwise!
“Multiple sources close to Tom” told the Daily Mail that the future Pro Football Hall of Famer is “not convinced by the timeline of events” related to his wife’s romantic interest in her jiu-jitsu instructor. He supposedly “accepted” that Bündchen and Valente’s relationship actually started “years ago.”
The two were first spotted together in November 2022, which was just one month after the former had split from Brady. However, according to Bündchen’s camp, Valente was just a “friend” who was there for her through the divorce. They only began romantic relations this past summer.
Bündchen doubled down on that chronology during a conversation with the New York Times. She directly stated “that is a lie” in response to the rumors that she cheated on the greatest quarterback of all-time and offered a scathing takedown of the accusations.
This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful. They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.

Bündchen also reiterated that Valente was a strictly platonic figure in her life prior to their relationship. They were friends before lovers.

While that absolutely may be true, it is exactly what someone would say if it was not. And even if they were just friends at first, they later became intertwined. The foundation had to go in before the walls.
Perhaps that what Brady thinks. Maybe he does not believe that his ex-wife and her new boyfriend were dating in a literal sense. Maybe he is reading between the lines. We don’t know.
Either way, Bündchen vehemently denies any cheating allegations. Never happened.
As for what caused her and Brady to get divorced after 13 years of marriage, she would not say.
No one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship.

At the end of the day, regardless of what actually went down, what’s done is done. Bündchen is dating her jiu-jitsu instructor. Brady has been linked to a few relationships of his own, including Irina Shayk.
